Orders for our handcrafted traditional remedies are prepared as they are received, so timing may vary slightly based on current availability. 

Local pickup is available in Erwin, Tennessee, in the Unicoi Library parking lot; details are provided once your order is ready. 

Shipping is offered for most products, and we use glass containers with paper-based packing materials to ensure the safety of our natural oils and traditional botanicals. 

Please note that natural oils and waxes may soften or firm during transit due to temperature fluctuations, but they will return to normal at room temperature.

All handcrafted traditional remedies are made in small batches, so natural variations in color, scent, and texture are expected. Orders are processed based on availability, and items will only be fulfilled when materials and conditions support the quality of our natural oils and traditional botanicals. Payments are required at the time of purchase to secure items, as inventory is limited and not mass-produced. Detailed product information and ingredients are provided for each item, and it is the responsibility of the user to review them before making a purchase.

Products, such as our handcrafted traditional remedies and natural oils, are made based on what is available and in season. If an item is out of stock, it means the conditions are not right for it to be made at that time. When the season returns, so will the product, including our traditional botanicals. You are welcome to check in on timing, and we will share what we are currently seeing.

All sales are considered final due to the nature of these products and their limited, small-batch production. If there is an issue with your order, reach out and we will work with you to make it right. Returned jars and lids in good condition are accepted for reuse and receive a $0.50 credit toward a future purchase.
